This 30 day challenge is designed to provide a reset for you coming into a new year and challenge you to get back into a routine! We have created a 31 day program, your goal is to complete 10 classes 3 times in a row for one whole month. Enjoy!

Grab light hand-weights and an optional mat and be ready to work your upper body!

Challenge Day 3/13/23: 25 Minute Glutes and Hamstrings with Emily

Grab a mat and target your glutes & hamstrings. Option to add ankle weights or light hand-weights.

Grab a mat and meet Emily for some side body/glute burner with a little extra cardio!

This class targets the triceps, back, and a little shoulders! Mat and light weights recommended.
